With the instrument AC plug removed from AC source, connect an
electrical jumper across the two AC plug prongs. Place the AC
switch in the on position, connect one lead of ohm-meter to the AC
plug prongs tied together and touch other ohm-meter lead in turn to
each exposed metallic parts such as antenna terminals, phone
jacks, etc.
If the exposed metallic part has a return path to the chassis, the
measured resistance should be between 1 MΩ and 5.2 MΩ.
When the exposed metal has no return path to the chassis the
reading must be infinite.

receiver is returned to the customer.

- Open the panel SPCB connector cover (operator) as shown below and disassemble the FFC Cable Connector tightening

8) Disassemble Panel SPCB L/R from the SPCB Holder
- Grasp the top side of the SPCB and pull it to release the top side hook of the holder,
and then disassemble the SPCB from the bottom side of the hook of the holder.

9) Reverse LCM
- Must be worked more than two people, one on the left and one on the right side with both hands reverse 180 degrees.

11) Disassemble the C/Top Lower Hook
- Unhook the C/Top lower side Hook with the Hook engaged in the Guide Panel (the bottom side can be released by hand).
12) Disassemble C/Top
- After releasing the 4 sided Hook, remove the C/Top by lifting it upwards

13) Disassemble Panel
- After verifying that the SPCB is completely disassembled from the holder, turn the SPCB over to the top of the panel as shown below
(to avoid interference with the BLU):
1) Disassemble the panel using 2 vacuums (recommended)
2) If there is no vacuums, hold the panel without the COF in order to prevent damage to the SPCB COF and rotate it counterclockwise to lift it up
as shown below.

- Remove 2 sheets and one Diffuser Plate by lifting them at the same time.
- Assembly direction is divided by the shape of the Sheets/Diffuser Plate on the front left side of SET (other than that, the corners are rectangular)

16) Disassembly of 14 Support Diffuser Plates
- Rotate the Support DP counterclockwise 45 degrees to align it to the assembly hole and lift it upwards to disassemble (Total 14ea)
17) Disassembly of 5 Support Pins
- Invert the LCM and disassemble the upper Support Pin Hook at the rear of the LCM using the tool (Long nose plier )

18) Disassemble the Reflector Sheet
- As the reflector hole is fixed to the lens, disassemble the reflector by release the the fixation of lens from the end on the right.

19) Release the Led array connector
- Press the left/right locking part of the wire connector at the same time and lift it up and release it ( Total 5ea )

20) Disassemble the Led Array and Attach the New Led Array
- Disassemble the Led Array Bar (Led Array and Cover Bottom are fixed with two-sided tape, so use appropriate force to cover the Led Array.

21) Assembly of the Led array connector
- Attach the connector on the wire ass’y by pushing it upward and downward.
22) Attach the reflector sheet
- Insert the sheet hanging hole on the upper(8ea)/Lower(6ea)/Left(5ea)/Right(5ea) outside of the Reflector into the cover Bottom Sheet hanging.
23) Position the Reflector sheet
- Align the reflector with the reflector guide hole at two locations on the center/bottom of the reflector and assemble two support plates first.

24) Fixing the Reflector Lens Hole
- Tighten the reflector hole to the lens in order of No. 1 2 3 in the figure below (use Card or nail to insert the reflector sheet into the bottom of the lens).
It is recommended to push the reflector sheet into the bottom of the lens using tools such as a card, as it may be difficult to tighten when using nails

25) Assembly of 14 Support Diffuser Plates
- Insert the Support DP into the Support DP Hole on the Cover Bottom and rotate it clockwise 45 degrees (total 14ea), After assembly,
the Support DP is vertical Position to the LCM.

- Press the guide panel 4 side down in the upper and lower direction in line with the cover Bottom face to tighten it, and then tighten it in order of 2 and 3.

29) Panel assembly
1) Assemble the panel using two vacuums (recommended) ,
2) If there is no vacuums, hold the panel without the COF to prevent damage to the SPCB COF as shown below, and then hold it vertically inside the guide
panel PG on the upper side of the LCM, Set the BLU in a clockwise direction.

- After placing the C/top to the upper part of the BLU, adjust the 4 corner, and then press the top down to tighten the hook.

▶ Check power board voltage. and switch to the correct voltage.
※ Note on set up
(The correct power diagnosis can be made only if it is set correctly.)
- 24V Power Board : Change the switch to 24V of Smart Jig Voltage
- 20V Power Board : Change the switch to 24V of Smart Jig Voltage
- 13.2V/18V Power Board : Change the switch to 24V of Smart Jig Voltage
